On behalf of our client we are looking for a Business and Financial Advisor.

As a Business and Financial Advisor, you will report directly to the Board of Directors. Your primary role will involve promoting operational efficiencies and providing our clients with high-value solutions by tackling complex challenges. Your initial focus will be to familiarize yourself with the company’s solutions, processes, and clientele in order to maximize value creation. As you grow within this role, you will progressively find opportunities to step into a senior leadership position within the company.

This position represents a significant opportunity for an individual with a senior-level finance background who is ambitious about driving value, leading and implementing change. In this role, you will work closely with the Board of Directors and management, fostering a collaborative and impactful work environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Support HoDs to all critical issues and come up with new solutions based on clients’ needs
• Drive operational efficiencies
• Create added-value solutions and promote cross-selling products
• Act as an advisor to the Head of Departments and the Board
• Coach and mentor employees
• Improve and create operational processes and procedures
• Be the go-to person for all complex operational issues
• Run critical ad-hoc projects
• Act as a successor and deputy of the HoDs
• Be an active member of the Management Team

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of finance experience
• Ability to work well with all levels of the organization (senior management and frontline employees)
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Trustworthy and able to keep confidentiality
