Pafilia is looking to recruit high-calibre and experienced Business Development Manager for Limassol. The successful candidate will identify business development opportunities and prepare action plans to achieve the assigned goals.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, promote and manage the operation to achieve set objectives, budgets and Business plan
• Develop and recommend programs to meet client’s needs
• Implement strategies to improve market share
• Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate
market analysis to determine needs, potential, desired rates, etc., and deliver accurate business reports
• Assist in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas
• Liaise with Real Estate Agents
• Identify and attend tradeshows/ exhibitions worldwide and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace and find potential new business
• Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations

Necessary requirements:
• University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Law or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the Real Estate, Private Banking or Sales related industry
• Excellent knowledge of English both written and oral
• Russian language will be considered an advantage
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing and fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Ability to work against strict deadlines, independently manage, be adaptable and flexible
