Position: IT Associate | Central IT Department

The Central IT Department of Deloitte Middle East & Cyprus is seeking to recruit an IT professional, at the level of Associate, based in our Nicosia or Limassol office.

The Role

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include, among others:

  • Performing or monitoring activities in relation to IT risk management.
  • Handling IT audit engagements.
  • Providing day-to-day support services to the IT team.
  • Ensuring defined KPIs are performed and maintained to achieve compliance.
  • Monitoring technologies, continuous improvement of Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), customer meetings, implementing new solutions

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a reputable University in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Basicknowledge on IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) procedures.
  • Good knowledge of information security management standards.
  • Good knowledge of risk management standards.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
