We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Anti-Fraud Team Lead to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Develop and maintain fraud prevention strategies to identify and mitigate potentially fraudulent activities.
• Monitor and analyze transactional data to identify suspicious patterns or anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fraud detection tools and technologies.
• Develop and enforce anti-fraud policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that employees are aware of and adhere to anti-fraud policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, including interviewing involved parties, reviewing documents, and gathering evidence.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address identified vulnerabilities.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees, educating them about fraud risks, prevention measures, and reporting procedures.
• Promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
• Maintain accurate records of fraud incidents, investigations, and outcomes.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting fraud trends, risks, and mitigation efforts.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in an Anti-Fraud department.
• Brokerage experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in fraud detection, investigation, and prevention, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to fraud prevention and investigation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) are a plus.
