Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Communication: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that enhance our company's reputation and visibility in the commercial real estate sector. Craft compelling narratives and messaging to resonate with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
2. Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate-focused media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Proactively pitch stories and secure media coverage to increase awareness and drive engagement.
3. Crisis Management: Be prepared to address potential crises promptly and professionally, protecting the company's image and reputation. Develop crisis communication plans and strategies to navigate challenging situations effectively.
4. Content Creation: Create and distribute high-quality written and visual content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, videos, and social media updates, to communicate our achievements, projects, and thought leadership within the industry.
5. Event Promotion: Strategically promote and manage our company's participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Maximize our presence to generate leads and partnerships.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with business objectives. Maintain open lines of communication with senior leadership to ensure alignment with company strategy.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on commercial real estate trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform PR campaigns and messaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in PR, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate trends, terminology, and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
• Crisis management skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with grace and professionalism.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
• English - Upper Intermediate (ability to write correctly, confident conversational).
• Ability to work in 1C, document management, budgeting.
