CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Professional Services firm that specialise in the provision of e-commerce related services and solutions to a wide range of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Payment Onboarding Specialist to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support the business, including entering of accurate and timely data into the internal CRM system, preparing application forms for Payment Service Providers (PSPs), as well as ensuring clients receive a high level of service at all times. You will need to possess approximately 1 year of experience in a relevant role with excellent administration and organisation skills, including a keen eye for detail. Any previous experience working in the e-commerce industry is desirable and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Our clients offers favourable working hours that include 08:00h to 16:00h Monday to Thursday and from 08:00h to 14:00h each Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely data entry into the internal CRM system.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients via email and other communication channels.
• Preparation of application forms for Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Approximately 1 year of experience in a relevant role is essential.
• Any experience in the e-commerce industry will be considered a significant advantage.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
