Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential partners and collaboration opportunities in local and international markets, with a focus on aligning with our business objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners, ensuring regular communication and collaboration to achieve mutual goals.
• Lead negotiations and partnership agreements, working closely with legal and senior management to ensure terms and conditions are favorable for all parties involved.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales.
• Fluent in English
• Good to know Russian and/or Greek languages
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
