We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and become an integral part of our growing organization. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will take on a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts and handle employee training initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities / Duties (including, but not limited to)

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Coordinating and conducting training sessions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans.
• Source, assess, and interview candidates to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Stay updated with industry trends to ensure effective talent acquisition.
• Contribute to our employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Work Experience / Knowledge

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the fintech industry.
• Native English language proficiency.
• Strong networking and candidate sourcing skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms.
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality hires.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in HR or recruitment (a plus).
