CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international Real Estate Investment Firm with regional operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant to join their growing team based in Limassol. Providing EA support to both the CEO and CFO of the Group, the successful applicant will need to possess proven, demonstrable experience in a similar role. Your key responsibilities will include dealing with correspondence and communication, PowerPoint presentation preparation, updating spreadsheets, reports, minutes, and meeting arrangements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential and any knowledge of either Greek, Hebrew and/or Polish will be considered an advantage. Our client offers a highly competitive salary and remuneration package that includes a generous basic salary, provident fund, travel allowance and discretionary annual bonus.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Handle travel arrangements.
- Maintain schedules and calendars.
- Arrange and confirm appointments.
- Organize requirements for internal and external events.
- Handle incoming mail and other material.
- Set up and maintain filing systems.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Maintain databases and files.
- Liaison with internal and external contacts.
- Provide back up support for the receptionist when required.
- Provide support for HR related activities as required.
Key Skills/Experience:
- An academic background relating to Business Administrator or Secretarial Studies will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience providing EA/PA support to Senior Management is essential.
- Proven experience with diary and travel management is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (verbally and in writing).
- Knowledge of either Polish, Hebrew and/or Greek will be considered a plus.
- Ability to deal professionally with confidential information.
- A highly motivated a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision to complete their assigned tasks.
- Outstanding organizational and administrative skills.
- Level-headed and able to prioritize work.
- Resilient and flexible to adapt to changing situations and circumstances.
- Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing, and database management (Microsoft Office).
- Team player.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
