The UoL EEC is the executive education branch of the University of Limassol (UoL). Job Overview:
The EEC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. As a Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our professional education and specialised training programs. You will be responsible for showcasing our wide range of seminars, courses, workshops, and programs to professionals, executive, and practitioners across various industries. Your proactive approach and strong comprehension of the offered programs will be crucial in expanding our business and establishing lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

Thoroughly understand all seminars, courses, workshops, and programs offered by the EEC.

Develop in-depth knowledge of the benefits and value propositions of the EEC programs.

Create persuasive presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our programs to potential clients, especially with the HR departments of organisations.

Act as the primary point of contact for external inquiries and conduct compelling product presentations.

Sales Initiatives and Lead Management:

Take a proactive approach to generate leads and identify potential clients.
-
Collaborate with colleagues within the EEC to follow up on leads and opportunities.

Maintain an organised record of leads, interactions, follow-up actions and conversions.

Propose and execute strategies to increase sales and expand our customer base.

Client Relationship Management:
-
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
-
Address client enquiries, provide online and offline information, and offer personalised or in-house solutions, when necessary.

Ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.

Marketing Collaboration:
-
Be able to tailor messaging, sales pitches and talking points to suit different target audiences and industries.

Work closely with the Communications Executive to request marketing materials that align with your sales efforts.

May be asked to provide input and insights to the Communications Executive to help tailor marketing material and campaigns maximum impact and lead generation.

Administrative Duties:
-
The Sales Officer will liaise with the Administrator Officer of the EEC to ensure that converted leads are registered as participants in the offered programs, both open and in-house.

Generate quarterly sales reports to provide insights into sales performance and progress towards targets.

Ensure that all sales documents are accurate, complete, and comply with UoL’s policies and legal requirements.

Provide status updates to clients as needed and assist with inquiries by facilitating communication between clients and other UoL and EEC departments, when necessary.

Share valuable feedback and insights with the EEC team for continuous improvement of the offered products and services.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
-
Strong comprehension skills to grasp the nuances of various educational programs and training workshops.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other related software in order to carry out the duties outlined above.

Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently, but also coordinate with a team.

Fluency in English and Greek. Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
