CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding Manufacturing Company, specialising in the production and distribution of automotive related products to over 60 countries around the world, we are seeking to recruit a Production Manager to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will oversee large-scale production planning using the SAP material requirements planning (MRP) system. You will need to be educated to degree level in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Management or a related field and possess extensive, proven experience in a relevant position, with deep knowledge and understanding of Production Planning and Lean Manufacturing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English are essential. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Production Planning using the SAP MRP system.
• Organize workflow and effective allocation of work orders.
• Monitor production and problem solving to meet customer deadlines.
• Liaise with other managers to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Statistical analysis and reporting on various KPIs.
• Continuous improvement on production methods and procedures.
• Initially acting as a Deputy Manager until necessary experience and skills are obtained.

Key Skills/Experience:

• University degree in Manufacturing Engineering/Production Management.
• Extensive and proven full-time professional experience in a relevant position with deep knowledge of Production Planning and Lean Manufacturing.
• Highly organized and analytical with excellent attention to detail.
• Leadership skills.
• Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken) is essential.
