We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Forex Dealer to join our dynamic team within the forex industry. As a Senior Forex Dealer, you will play a crucial role in executing foreign exchange transactions and managing trading activities to maximize profits while mitigating risks. Your extensive knowledge of the forex market, exceptional analytical abilities, and strong decision-making skills will be essential to excel in this position. The Senior Forex Dealer will report directly to the Head of Trading and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain our market-leading position.

Responsibilities:

Forex Trading Execution:

  • Execute forex trades efficiently and accurately to achieve optimal results for the company and clients.

  • Monitor market conditions, economic indicators, and geopolitical events to make informed trading decisions.

  • Utilize trading platforms and execute transactions swiftly while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Risk Management:

  • Implement and maintain robust risk management strategies to protect the company from potential losses.

  • Analyze market trends, assess risk exposure, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.

  • Regularly review and assess risk models and trading strategies to ensure effectiveness and relevance.

Market Analysis and Research:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of global forex markets, currency pairs, and related financial instruments.

  • Identify trading opportunities, develop insights, and present market analysis to the management team.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry news, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic events that may impact the forex market.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Lead and guide a team of forex traders, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluation.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative trading environment, encouraging continuous learning and development.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

  • Keep up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments to trading activities.

Technology and System Integration:

  • Collaborate with the technology team to enhance trading systems and tools for improved efficiency and accuracy.

  • Identify areas for automation and innovation to streamline trading processes.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of trades, positions, and risk exposure.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on trading performance, risk metrics, and market analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Forex Dealer or Trader in the forex industry with at least one year of experience in a senior or supervisory role.

  • In-depth knowledge of forex trading strategies, market dynamics, and risk management practices.

  • Proficiency in utilizing trading platforms, trading tools, and financial software.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Excellent decision-making abilities, especially under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

  • Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to lead and mentor a team effectively.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and develop innovative trading approaches.

  • Demonstrated track record of successful trading and risk management strategies.

  • Professional certifications in forex trading or risk management are advantageous.

Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager at DB Investing, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Forex industry. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate is a proactive, target-driven individual with a deep understanding of the Forex industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities within the Forex market.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and profitability.

  • Negotiate and close business deals, including partnerships, white label agreements, and client acquisitions.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress towards targets.

  • Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.

  • Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events and conferences. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the forex industry, both locally and internationally.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyse market trends, and stay updated on industry developments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including forex brokers, institutional investors, and high net worth individuals.

  • Understand client needs and propose tailored trading solutions and services to meet their requirements.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new clients.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify potential threats and opportunities for the company.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for business development and relationship management.

  • A previous experience with IBs in Asia, Latam, Africa, and GCC markets

  • A ready IBs/Affiliate portfolio to bring into the company is a must

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development or sales roles within the forex industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of the forex market, including trading platforms, products, regulations, and industry trends.

  • Business fluency in the English language. A Second mother language will be considered an advantage, especially if Spanish (for LATAM market) or Arabic (for GCC)

  • Strong network of contacts within the forex industry, including brokers, institutional investors, and potential clients.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies.
