Livein Properties is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for Russian Speaking Sales Representative for our office in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Full management of sales and marketing to promote our own properties.
• Building the relationships with Agency network
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and fast respond to their needs.
• Meeting personal sales targets
• Meeting office sales targets
• Attending industry events and trade shows to stay up to date with market trends.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and market developments.

Requirements:

• Sales experience in the development industry will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office software
• Russian and English are a must, Greek will be an additional bonus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a resilient, positive, and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• A driving license is a must.
