Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and gather topographical data.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions for land acquisition and
  development projects.
• Assist in the submission of land titles and related documentation to government authorities and
  regulatory bodies.
• Perform financial surveys to assess project costs and budgets.
• Manage the submission of survey data and related documentation, running the submissions
  efficiently.
• Maintain and update survey records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
  and legal requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices during fieldwork and data collection.
• Monitor and assess the project progress to provide ongoing data and guidance, ensuring alignment with survey requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
• 2-3 years of previous experience in land acquisition and development projects.
• Knowledge of land surveying principles and practices.
• Financial survey and submission experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local land laws and regulations is a plus.
