Laptops Clearance Cy, a leading company in the Technology Industry is looking for a Service Administrator to join our Service team in Nicosia.
Role Summary:
As a Service Administrator, you will be an integral part of our service department, managing after-sales service cases for laptops and desktops, coordinating with our technical team to resolve issues promptly, and upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage after-sales service inquiries for laptops and desktops with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate service case schedules and maintain accurate case records.
- Implement service protocols and streamline administrative support tasks.
- Prepare performance reports for continuous service improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a service administration or customer service role within the tech industry, with a focus on PC technology.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and office software.
