The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for ensure that Real Estate pricing strategies stay competitive and adapt quickly to changes in the market. Our client is seeking applicants who are passionate about Real Estate, possess strong analytical and numeracy skills and ideally hold experience in a similar role. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of apartment prices across various platforms including Bazaraki.
• Adjust apartment prices daily based on demand and supply.
• Conduct cost analyses and market research to support pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate pricing records and reports.

Key Skills/Experience:

• An academic background relating to Real Estate, Finance or another relevant field is desirable.
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Experience in Real Estate or Hospitality in a relevant position is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with an affinity for numbers.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive nature with a 'can-do' attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver results to meet deadlines.
