The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and maintaining property advertisements, engaging with customers, and working closely with the team to implement pricing strategies. Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable, although full training and development will be provided. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and accurate property ads for our units.
• Continuously monitor and update property listings to reflect changes in availability, pricing, and seasonal variations.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and issues on our platforms to maintain positive relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with the pricing manager to adjust prices daily.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Genuine interest in the real estate and/or hospitality industry.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to our team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Customer oriented mindset.
• Proactive nature with a 'can-do' attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver results to meet deadlines.
