Graphic Designer (On-Site)

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
• Reviewing designer drafts to ensure quality.
• Generating and creating fresh concepts.
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (French is a strong advantage)
• Experience in the iGaming Industry
• Adeptness with leading design software packages
• A determination to achieve and succeed
• Creative industry experience
• The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• A background of working as part of a design team and individually
• The ability to see projects through from inception to production
• Consistency regardless of project size
• Good organizational skills that lead and support the rest of the team
• The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
• The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve

• Ability to complete tasks to tight and demanding deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
• Confidence to present and explain ideas to managers and colleagues
• A sound design ability and the necessary skills to see visualizations through to execution
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Good time management skills – highly organized

Knowledge & Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in design
• Experience in the iGaming Industry
• Degree level qualification in design-related subject(s)
• A proven ability in the use of the following, to a medium/advanced level is essential;
• Adobe CC suite, including Photoshop,
• Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro (other packages)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Work with Figma

Aptitude and Personal Qualities:

• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team member.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be pro-active self-starter
• Passionate about design

Desirable:

• 3D/4D Animation
• UI/UX Design
