Thanos Hotels & Resorts are looking to recruit a Painter for the Maintenance Department for Almyra Hotel.

Job Role

We are looking to hire Painter with knowledge of various painting techniques. Will be responsible for repairing, finishing, and maintaining various surfaces and for additional duties related to the specific position.

A successful applicant should be hardworking, reliable, and have good communication and organizational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
• Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
• Apply varnish and other finishes.
• Selecting the correct tools and paints for projects.
• Obeying workplace safety rules.
• Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions.
• Cleaning up supplies and replacing fixtures when project is complete.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar position.
• High school diploma.
• Team Spirit.
• Formality and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
