Conversion Agent

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conversion Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in our sales and customer engagement efforts, contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and convert leads into sales.
• Provide product or service information, answer queries, and address customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and internal teams to gather and organize sales-related information.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Utilize spreadsheet software for data tracking and analysis.
• Manage tasks and projects using designated tools, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
• Learn and utilize our CRM system for customer data management.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including appointment scheduling and travel arrangements.

Work Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 1 year of prior experience in customer conversion, customer service, or a related role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with basic sales processes and customer engagement techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and analysis.
