CSP JV (Cyprus Services Provider Joint Venture) an established Joint Venture company working within the British Sovereign Base areas, has a requirement for a B&CE Budget & Planning Engineer.

Building & Civil Engineering (B&CE) Budget & Planning Engineer

General Roles

The B&CE Budget & Planning Engineer will be responsible for the planning of the Works taking due account of time and budgetary requirements.

Profile

The post is for an engineer with at least 7 years’ experience in contracting operations who is a self-motivated team player with proven track record in the delivery of multi discipline projects and operations.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Ability to work to deadlines.

• Produce concise information and documentation with attention to detail & presentation.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• IT literate.

• Good command of the English language.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To communicate with all parties on site to ensure that they are aware of the programme and the impact upon operations.

• To monitor all works in respect of the works programmes to ensure that they run to agreed timescale and report these back for inclusion within the Monthly report.

• To strictly adhere to all HSE regulations as laid down by the company, the customer and the relevant legislation.

• To provide a comprehensive multi-disciplinary planning, specification and design for all works services.

• To identity which works fall into Construction Design Management (CDM).

• To produce reports related to progress of works, work in hand, forecasted work delivery, etc.

Qualifications

University degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years’ experience.
