CSP JV (Cyprus Services Provider Joint Venture) an established Joint Venture company working within the British Sovereign Base areas, has a requirement for a B&CE Budget & Planning Engineer.
Building & Civil Engineering (B&CE) Budget & Planning Engineer
General Roles
The B&CE Budget & Planning Engineer will be responsible for the planning of the Works taking due account of time and budgetary requirements.
Profile
The post is for an engineer with at least 7 years’ experience in contracting operations who is a self-motivated team player with proven track record in the delivery of multi discipline projects and operations.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Produce concise information and documentation with attention to detail & presentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
IT literate.
Good command of the English language.
Duties and Responsibilities
To communicate with all parties on site to ensure that they are aware of the programme and the impact upon operations.
To monitor all works in respect of the works programmes to ensure that they run to agreed timescale and report these back for inclusion within the Monthly report.
To strictly adhere to all HSE regulations as laid down by the company, the customer and the relevant legislation.
To provide a comprehensive multi-disciplinary planning, specification and design for all works services.
To identity which works fall into Construction Design Management (CDM).
To produce reports related to progress of works, work in hand, forecasted work delivery, etc.
Qualifications
University degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years’ experience.
