CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team based in the heart of Nicosia. The successful applicant will manage various administrative tasks, ensuring a highly professional and organized working environment. An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or a similar field is desirable, and you will need to possess proven experience in a relevant role, ideally gained working for a Corporate Services Provider and/or Law Firm. Excellent organisational skills, with high attention to detail are essential, as well as fluency in verbal and written Greek and English.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the document workflow of the office.
- Clerical and administration assistance.
- Photocopying, scanning and storing various documents.
- Updating and maintenance of internal records and databases.
- Sorting and distributing mail and organizing and sending couriers/post.
- Ensure a smooth run of the reception and the whole office.
- Track stocks of office supplies, stationery, equipment, and place orders when necessary, and manage office budget.
- Maintain the reception, common, and conference areas clean and tidy.
- Welcoming visitors and providing refreshments.
- Administrative support for the whole team.
Key Skills/Experience:
- An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally gained working for a Corporate Service Provider and/or Law Firm.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Capable of working on their own initiative and under pressure.
- Pleasant personality.
- Team player.
