CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected company operating in the Construction & Real Estate sectors, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Civil Engineer to join their growing team based in either Limassol or Nicosia. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing and supervising a variety of construction related projects, helping to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. You should hold an academic background in Civil Engineering or a related field and possess 2+ years of previous experience. Good knowledge of AutoCAD is essential as well as fluency in both Greek & English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Overseeing site operations and activities.
• Organizing and managing construction site logistics.
• Coordination, management and organisation of construction sites, company workshops and
• Developing project bids and proposals.
• Managing procurement of necessary materials.
• Generating documentation for transactions.
• Addressing technical issues and challenges.
• Monitoring project finances and timelines.
• Any other relevant duties as required by the Company.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Holder of a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
• Member of ETEK.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Holder of a driver's license.
