Hotel General Manager

The Anemi Hotel & Suites is currently looking for qualified individual to lead our team. Focused on delivering high quality service and exceptional guest experience, Anemi Hotel is searching for a highly motivated and dynamic leader.

Requirements and skills:

• Academic background in Hotel Management or relevant field
• At least 5 years experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel in a Management position within the hospitality Industry with Food and Beverage background
• A comprehensive operation hotel experience in all departments especially in Food and Beverage with exceptional service orientation
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
• Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
• Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task, motivate and work well under pressure
• A strong understanding of budget and revenue management
• Computer-literate with experience in hospitality systems and food and beverage systems
• Greek mother tongue and fluency in English
• Good knowledge of the local market
