Responsibilities:

• Set up the Digital Marketing function within the Marketing Department.

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our pharmaceutical products and enhance brand awareness.

• Manage and optimize online campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that aligns with regulatory standards and resonates with target audiences.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.

• Analyse digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in digital marketing in the pharmaceutical industry will be consider as a plus.

• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines governing pharmaceutical marketing.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies, analytics, and social media algorithms.

• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
