We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Employee Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Partner with the leadership team to champion employee engagement and culture transformation.
• Build trusting consultative relationships with employees and management.
• Foster diversity and inclusion with an emphasis on building high performing teams.
• Provide support around HR strategies that drive the vision, culture and business needs on a company-wide level.
• Ensure that the employee’s voices are heard through culture surveys, exit interviews, focus groups, one-to-one’s, and any other means necessary.
• Clearly link initiatives back to the voice of the employee and share successes.
• Participate in the development of engagement plans and help drive actions at all levels from group-wide initiatives.
• Facilitate a wide range of employee engagement activities to support a positive work environment.
• Research best practices related to employee engagement and implement quality programs.
• Keep track of data relating to turnover and retention to measure success.
• Contribute to ensuring the development and implementation of an effective performance management system.

What You Bring:

• University/College diploma in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of HR and employee relations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must possess the highest level of integrity and have a proven ability to gain trust from all levels of the business.
• Convey emotional intelligence and cultivates strong relationships.
• Impeccable organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment whilst exercising sound judgment.
