Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a fintech company, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their call centre team to be based in their head offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Job Summary

The successful applicant will handle inquiries, provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as phone, email or chat maintaining a high level of customer service standards
• Gain a deep understanding of the company products and services to effectively address customer queries or complains to potential and existing customers in a professional manner
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and trust in company’s products and services
• Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs, share insights and contribute to the overall improvement of customer service processes
• Accurate record customer inquiries and resolutions in the company’s CRM system

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or University degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Greek)
• Good knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Familiarity with a customer relationship management (CRM) software or experience in a call centre
  will be considered an advantage
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Remuneration:

• €1050 gross / month (οn site Work)
• 13th salary

Working hours: 40 hours per week, working in shifts between Monday to Sunday 9:00 - 21:00
