Sigma Bakeries seeks to employ a person to serve as a representative of the Human Resources department facilitating all HR functions and programs.

Job Description:

Generally reporting to and assisting the HR director and/or Manager.

The position involves:

• Addressing issues raised by current employees and new hires,
• Organizing and scheduling orientations
• Coordinating HR functions such as training, development and more for several shops.
• Ensuring accurate data is prepared and submitted to payroll faculty.
• Overseeing issues related to employment, compensation, labour negotiations, and employee relations.
• Implementing HR policies, processes & practices and recommending changes to HR management.
• Performing research, data analysis, and reporting as it relates to employee productivity.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in the use of MS Office and relevant HR systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in H/R or equivalent experience.
• Adept in problem solving and resolution of disputes.
• At least three years’ experience in the same or similar position.
• Excellent level of customer service
• Excellent written and oral communication in Greek and English. Knowledge of other languages will be favourable.
• Previous experience in the same food and/or hospitality sector is favourable.
• A determined and discreet person.
