You could be the one who changes everything for our clients. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our paid training block and start their career within the Fin-tech industry.

No prior experience is needed. What we are looking for is determined and enthusiastic people who love sales and are hungry for success. Any of the following languages will be a plus:

English, French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Dutch.

You’ll have access to competitive benefits including commissions and bonuses every month.

Our training block comprises two parts:

1. Two weeks of intensive training where you will be taught and trained on financial instruments, sales skills and client retention techniques.

1. Shadow work with our best Account Managers in order to prepare you for the job before receiving your own client portfolio.

The above month of training will be paid.

Successful candidates will receive their own client portfolio, a salary raise and will be included in the company's commission and bonus scheme.

The position will include the following tasks on a daily basis:

• Develop and manage ongoing private client relationships.

• Developing and generating clients from new leads.

• Providing professional guidance and best level of service to existing and new clients.

• Provide excellent and proactive client service including solutions according to the customer needs and with any platform related queries.

• Explaining the payment process mechanism.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication.
