We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Qualification Specialist to join our Partner Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reviewing, qualifying, and following up with incoming leads to assess their quality and potential value as partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead qualification, preferably in the online gaming or technology industry.
- Strong analytical and research skills to assess lead quality and potential value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with leads effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage and document lead interactions accurately.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Qualification:
- Review incoming leads from various channels to assess their suitability as potential partners.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate the quality and potential value of each lead.
Follow-Up and Communication:
- Engage with leads through various communication channels to gather additional information and ensure a clear understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with potential partners to build rapport and provide necessary information.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Document lead interactions, qualifications, and any relevant information in our CRM system.
- Generate reports and summaries to provide insights into lead quality and conversion rates.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve lead generation strategies and processes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to enhance the qualification process.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to optimize lead qualification workflows.
