CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ largest and highly regarded Telecommunications providers, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Commercial Analyst to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for the data management, reporting, analysis and execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, value and retention. You will work closely with team members to develop, manage, and execute various commercial campaigns in a fast-paced and data-driven environment. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Economics, Statistics or other closely related fields, who possess approximately 4 years of relevant experience working in a data-driven role. Advanced MS Excel skills are essential, as well as strong knowledge of SQL, and any experience working with business intelligence tools will be considered a significant advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall team’s tasks so that assigned tasks are executed accurately and in timely manner.
• Maintains responsibility for assigned reports, producing them accurately and in a timely manner.
• Responds to internal customer data analysis requests in a timely manner.
• Development, implementation and maintenance of weekly/monthly KPI’s for commercial segments stakeholders (Post-paid, Fixed, Prepaid, Business).
• Analyse and reconcile data provided by internal sources to measure true performance of products/services.
• Preparation of data & analysis of all marketing and sales campaigns: Cross Sell, Up Sell, Churn Prevention.
• Provide performance reporting, analysis, and insights.
• Provide commercial insight on the month end results, trends and follow up actions.

Key Skills/Experience:

• BSc in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Economics or related field.
• Postgraduate degree in any data science related field will be considered a strong advantage.
• Approximately 4 years of relevant experience.
• Any previous experience working in the Telecommunications industry is desirable, but not essential.
• Proficiency in the use of computer systems, database applications, Microsoft Office, Visual Basic/VBA and structured query language (SQL), and SQL Reporting Services (SRS).
• Excellent Excel skills (able to work with large data sets).
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience in working with Business Intelligence tools, preferably PowerBI will be considered a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills are a must.
• Data focused and able to solve complex problems.
• Very good multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a good command of Data Visualization concepts and techniques
• Business acumen.
• Fluency in verbal and written Greek and English.
