CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Branding, Marketing and Software Development services to a wide range of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Product Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will work closely with Software Engineering and Design teams, gathering client requirements for a variety of projects and then managing the full product development life cycle. Our client is seeking applicants who have the ability to take on complex problems and translate them into elegant solutions, who possess experience working closely with Software Engineers, UX, Project Managers, Marketing, and Business Stakeholders.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate, define and prioritise the requirements together with key stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog.
• Work closely with the engineering and design teams to meet goals and address any obstacles.
• Host team meetings including daily stand-up meetings, team refinement sessions and sprint planning reviews.
• Serve as the interface between the product and the customer, communicate and deliver to customers on a regular basis.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• A University Degree in a relevant field is desirable.
• A hardworking, creative, analytical and results-driven individual.
• The ability to take on complex problems and translate them into elegant solutions.
• Demonstrable experience in using Mac OS X will be considered a plus.
• Experience working closely with software engineers, UX, project managers, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Great presentation and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong experience with Office Suites (Google Apps, Microsoft Office).
• Highly dependable and enjoy working within a diverse team.
• Flexible to work unsociable hours with clients & teams in different time zones as and when required.
