The role:

We are currently looking for a dynamic, energetic and forward-thinking Strategic Products Specialist. The successful candidate will play an important role in enabling the business to deliver products, solutions and to transform business operations.

Whilst working on a variety of different and complex projects and activities the Strategic Products Specialist will be involved in the full project lifecycle from Concept to Realization and hand over to the Business once projects have been successfully launched.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define business requirements, translate those into functional specifications and product requirements
• Design and Develop the UAT test plan for new product deliveries or improvements to existing services
• Provide structured progress tracking of UATs to ensure successful deliveries
• Perform User Acceptance Testing to determine that the product developed does what it was designed to do and meets the business requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing product, Customer Experience, Operations, Technology) in order to understand the business needs and procedures
• Collaborate closely and be the liaison with external industry partners to achieve project milestones and deliverables
• Facilitate the launch and introduction of the product or solution into the market or Business operations, in collaboration with the Core Segments’ owners or other Business teams

Your Profile:

• Degree level education preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Information System Management or similar
• Proven experience in UAT, Business Analysis, System Analysis, IT project management or similar roles will be considered an advantage
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies, web services, APIs and of user journeys, flow diagrams definitions.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork. Able to interact with cross-functional business teams as well as to closely cooperating with virtual teams.
• Fluently in English
