We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team .

Receptionists perform a wide range of administrative duties. Chiefly, they are required to answer employee questions, process mail, create and distribute documents, giving customer service to employees, and serve as a liaison with vendors and visitors .

This is a position that demands proficiency in written and verbal communication, as well as word processing, calendaring, and spreadsheet skills.

Codellon Limited is providing support and auxiliary services in the areas of marketing, QA ,customer and IT support.

Receptionist duties

  • Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Provide occasional tours of the office.
  • Support the office manager.
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Planning, organising and booking meetings, flights, visa, hotels etc. for the CEO.
  • Managing the schedule of the CEO, if required.
  • Assisting the CEO with private and business matters when and if required.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ordering office supplies and keeping an inventory of stock and contact information
  • Stock the copy rooms, snack room and lounge
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Excellent command of the English and Russian language is essential ,Greek will be an advantage
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proven experience of using Microsoft Word , Excel ,Outlook .
  • Positive Attitude and flexibility .
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A positive and can do attitude.
  • A welcoming and helpful nature.
  • Calm under pressure.
