Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible to recruit new students to the programmes of the university and meet the targets;
• Present and communicate all selling points of the programmes of study of the university, and generate interest for new applicants.
• Communicate efficiently with new prospective students, advise them and guide them through the application process.
• Meet with new prospective students and applicants, their parents and counsellors and conduct applicant interviews and advisory sessions.
• Ensure enquirer and applicant journey process is followed, data entry in systems, files and folders creation, as well as coordination with other members of staff to ensure the process is progressing towards registration.
• Actively participate in recruitment and marketing activities, such as fairs, open days, information events, etc, either on or off campus, and abroad.
• Provide frontline service to enquirers, agents, parents, and other key stakeholders of the student’s decision-making journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field. A Postgraduate qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience with similar duties and responsibilities.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English language.
• Knowledge of Russian, Chinese, Arabic or any other foreign language will be considered an advantage.
• Strong Sales and Communication Skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Positive, outgoing and trustworthy personality, with strong sense of duty, responsibility and reliability.

Benefits: 13th Salary, Provident Fund, Annual Leaves / Sick Leaves etc.

Gross annual salary: up to €16,000 depending on experience
