As the Immigration Officer, you will work closely with the Human Resources department on all immigration-related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, submission, and follow-up of applications of the employees and their dependents, both first registrations and renewals;
• Keeping track of all the cases to guarantee smooth renewals;
• Organize the process for all application-related issues (medical examinations, certifications, legalizations, translations, etc);
• Assist employees with the renewal of passports and ID cards;
• Handle all other immigration-related tasks.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of previous experience dealing with immigration matters is essential;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines;
• Fluency in Greek & English.
