CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established developer of specialised and innovative educational services and solutions, we are seeking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Officer to join their growing team in Paphos. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for development and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at promoting funded professional and educational seminars. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Business, or another closely related field, and will need to possess proven experience in a relevant sales and marketing related role. Previous experience working in the education and/or professional development sectors will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote funded professional and educational seminars.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including businesses, educational institutions, and professionals.
- Be able to operate the Ermis digital portal (training will be provided).
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns that drive attendance and engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information about upcoming seminars.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate and organize onsite seminars, including logistics, venue arrangements, participant registration, instructors communication etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of seminars and workshops.
- Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or professional development sector.
- Excellent command of IT skills to be able to use software tools to implement the sale strategy. Prior experience of CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce etc.) will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
