CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding producer and distributor of Natural Spring Water, we are seeking to recruit a Bottling Plant Technician to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the bottling production line, including overseeing the entire bottling process, from raw material preparation, to the packaging of finished products. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of Bottling Machines. Previous experience working within a bottling or manufacturing environment is required, as well as strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Operate and monitor bottling equipment, including fillers, cappers, labellers, and conveyor systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and address any malfunctions or abnormalities.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality products.
• Conduct regular checks on product specifications, labelling, and packaging to meet industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on bottling machinery, such as cleaning, lubrication, and repairs.
• Work closely with other members of the production team, including operators, quality control personnel, and maintenance staff.
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination and efficiency in the production process.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machinery operation is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a bottling or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
