We are currently seeking for our new restaurant in the heart of Paphos Old town, enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a waiter/waitress. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, excellent communications skills, and a positive attitude. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide attentive and personalized service to meet the needs to each guest
• Take accurate and detailed food and beverage orders from guests
• Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to establishment service standards
• Monitor and ensure guests satisfactions through the dining experience
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including daily specials and beverage offerings
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Process guests’ payments accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and server stations
• Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and service
• Work as a team to provide efficient and effective service during peak hours

Requirements

• Work experience of min 1 years as a waiter/waitress
• High school diploma
• Fluency in Greek and English. (Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage)
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience
• Team player, self-motivated, hard-working, positive attitude
• EU passport holder
