BigChange Cyprus is currently seeking a Sales Business Developer to join our team and be a part of one of the most exciting Field Service Management (FSM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software companies today.

Responsibilities:

• Presenting our software solutions online, at client locations, or in our office.
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and actively participating in sales meetings.
• Creating strategic development plans and accurately forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
• Identifying new market opportunities through networking, meetings, and various channels.
• Cultivating positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Setting and achieving sales targets.
• Representing the company at events such as exhibitions and conferences.
• Compiling and delivering reports for management.
• Providing training and mentorship to fellow business developers and sales team members.

Qualifications:

• A degree in sales, marketing, commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing speaking, presentation, and writing abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• A genuine passion for assisting potential customers in meeting their unique needs.
• Proficiency in implementing sales and marketing plans.
