CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly diversified Group of Companies with international activities in the Marine, Offshore and Energy industries, we are seeking to recruit a Crewing Coordinator to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for the allocation of vessel crewing, ensuring effective communication with both onshore and offshore teams. Our client is seeking applicants who hold approximately 2+ years of previous experience in a relevant position, who possess outstanding organisational skills. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for utilisation and allocation of offshore personnel in line with project requirements.
• Responsible for administering mobilisation and demobilisation details to offshore personnel, including travel and accommodation details.
• Ensure that required certifications for offshore personnel are compliant and up-to-date in internal systems.
• Ensure accuracy and approval of offshore personnel timesheets.
• Administrative line management of offshore personnel; ensuring regular communication.
• Responsible for regular reporting.
• Liaison with third party personnel agencies.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Any academic background relating to Business Administration, Shipping, or another relevant field will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position is essential.
• Outstanding organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to react and adapt to change requests at short notice.
