CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of professional services including Payroll and Contract Management to a diverse portfolio of international clients, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will possess the capability to align business development strategies with the company’s corporate goals, exhibit critical thinking in planning, and showcase a proven ability to execute strategies effectively. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 2+ years of demonstrable business development experience, with the ability to meet and ideally exceed designated sales targets. Our client offers a highly competitive remuneration package based on skills and experience, that includes a generous and achievable commission structure.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and engage potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting them into new sales opportunities.
  • Effectively manage and optimise existing client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service and undertake optimisation of sales.
  • Ensure that your business development efforts are in line with corporate strategy, focusing on areas that align with the company's overall goals and vision.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales margins and budget targets established by the company.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment companies.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and prospects, utilising CRM tools to ensure efficient follow-up and tracking.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with existing Partners, while actively seeking out new agency partners to expand the business reach.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or another relevant field will be considered an advantage.
  • Approximately 2+ years’ of experience in business development is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong networker – must be able to network and communicate at senior and junior levels.
  • Entrepreneurial and able to spot market opportunities.
  • Positive mindset.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
  • Available to travel, as required for the performance of the above duties.
