CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a dynamic and innovative online B2B business specializing in the provision of a unique casino gaming platform, with a full turnkey solution, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the B2B casino gaming platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a deep understanding of the online gaming industry, a strategic mindset, relationships with potential customers and excellent interpersonal skills. Proven experience in B2B sales within the online gaming industry, with a focus on casino gaming platforms is a must. Our client is seeking applicants who possess a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and a strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. A highly attractive remuneration package is available to the successful applicant.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in different markets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Build and nurture relationships with new clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and demonstrate our casino gaming platform to potential clients, highlighting its unique features and advantages.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to the leadership team.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the online gaming industry, with a focus on casino gaming platforms.
- Existing relationships within the industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in English. Additional language is an advantage.
