3CX is looking for a Russian Speaking Account Manager whose main responsibilities are to prospect for new Partners and to cover our CIS, E.EU and Scandinavian markets. If you’re up for a challenge and want to be a part of one of the fastest growing PBX vendors globally, then apply today.

The Role

As a 3CX Account Manager you’ll be part of the sales team reporting directly to the Sales Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing a number of existing Partner accounts as well as expanding business further by discovering new potential Partners. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential Partners, we’d like to meet you.

About the Job

  • Identify, research and engage new Partnerships

  • Handle day-to-day requests and queries from Partners & Distributors

  • Onboarding new Partners

  • Provide information and guidance about 3CX products

  • Deliver sales web meetings and training

  • Respond to questions and queries to support ongoing Partner development

  • Follow up new Partner leads

  • Provide monthly reports in the English language

About the Applicant

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Channel sales experience (selling via Distributors and VARs)

  • Team player, able to forge strong working relationships across the business

  • Dynamic and forward-thinking with high energy and drive

  • Prepared to be hands on to achieve a common goal

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a telephone-based sales role

  • Knowledge and passion for IT, telecommunications and technology

  • Proven track record against sales targets and KPI’s

  • Native level fluency in Russian, both verbally and in writing

  • Good presentation skills, confident to deliver group sales presentations
