The successful candidate will be responsible to head up the compliance function of the company, adhering to regulations, and will also serve as the AML compliance officer. Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct ongoing compliance training for employees
• Integrate relevant rules and regulations into daily business operations
• Keep the Internal Operations Manual up to date and monitor its implementation
• Implement procedures and processes to prevent Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing
• Adhere to the Client Acceptance Policy and Due Diligence procedures
• Monitor and assess the effective implementation of the company’s policy principles on AML & KYC
• Investigate and resolve client issues related to trade execution, financial transfers, and account documentation
• Supervise the company’s marketing materials to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks
• Identify and address shortcomings in AML practices, and report to the Board of Directors and Senior Management when necessary
• Submit reporting obligations to CySEC via TRS and Portal
• Respond to requests and queries from CySEC and MOKAS
• Supervise compliance checks for all withdrawals, as instructed by the Head of Back Office Department
• Attend seminars and courses to enhance knowledge and skills related to anti-money laundering and terrorist financing prevention

Requirements

• CySEC Advance Certificate
• CySEC AML Certificate
• University Degree
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Strong level of integrity
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills
