Job Summary

We are actively seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering business growth, maintaining strong relationships with pharmacies and beauty stores, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate should possess a strategic mindset, a proven sales track record, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and beauty retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Analysis and Strategic Planning

    • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

    • Develops and execute in coordination with GM strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue objectives.

  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision – makers in pharmacies and beauty stores.

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver customized product solutions.

    • Organise with the GM dinners, seminars, product training conferences and press conferences with the ultimate goal of strengthening customer relations

  3. Sales and Revenue Growth

    • Drive Sales growth by actively promoting and selling our range of food supplements and dermo-cosmetics.

    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximise revenue and profit.

  4. New Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical and beauty retail sector.

    • Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base.

  5. Product Knowledge and Training

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, product development, and competitor activities.

    • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance product knowledge.

  6. Collaboration with Internal Teams and External Associates

    • Work closely with logistics, external associates to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

    • Monitor Digital Marketing Campaigns and follow up on customers.

    • Oversee website updates and digital campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the pharmaceutical or beauty retail industry.

  • In depth knowledge of food supplements and dermo-cosmetics.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conforms to the company style.

  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors

  • Knowledge of the Greek and English language are essential.
