Assistant Storekeeper

Minthis is seeking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Assistant Storekeeper to join our growing team of people. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and organised running of the day-to-day operation of the Warehouse, ensuring that all the company standards are always met.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for verifying all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase order.
• Able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores area of operation.
• Ensures all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
• Monitor PAR levels for all items to ensure proper levels.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Keeping storage and receiving areas clean and tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Assists accounting personnel in periodic physical inventories.
• Responsible for complying and carrying out any other duties assigned by the Superiors from time to time.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of English both verbal and written.
• Computer Literate (MS Office) software programme
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure.

A remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be of-fered to the successful candidate.
