CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of cutting-edge Fintech solutions to a wide range of industry sectors, we are seeking to recruit a Head of HR to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will oversee the entire HR function for our client, including Talent Acquisition, Policy & Procedure, Employee Relations & Training. You should hold an academic background in Human Resources, or a related field and possess proven experience within a senior HR role. Previous experience gained working in either the Fintech, Payments, FX and/or Software industries will be considered a significant advantage, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company’s growth and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent, while promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Create and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including performance management and career development initiatives.
  • Promote and reinforce the company’s values and culture through effective communication and initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
  • Lead efforts related to organizational design, change management, and succession planning.
  • Manage HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration, compliance with labour laws and HR systems.
  • Handle employee relations matters, conflicts and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions, track HR metrics, and support data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations and HR best practices.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws and industry trends.
  • Experience in the Fintech, Payments, FX and/or Technology sectors is highly desirable. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and foster a divers and inclusive workplace.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, development and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
