We, at Glove Retail Cyprus, are looking for a highly motivated and results oriented B2B salesperson who will be responsible for selling our portfolio of products and solutions to our existing and new customers. As a B2B salesperson you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
Job Profile
The B2B salesperson is responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish when selling products or services to other businesses. This includes identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential customers, negotiating, closing deals, and maintaining ongoing account management.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains excellent business and customer relationships.
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains excellent relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities, driving lead generation and prospect qualification.
- Keeps and maintains new/existing leads and opportunities in CRM system and ensures Sales operation excellence.
- Meets and exceeds sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Prepares and delivers sales presentations to customers that successfully communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiates and closes deals with customers.
- Maintain ongoing account management.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a B2B Account Manager or in a similar B2B sales role.
- Previous experience in technology-related fields is preffered.
- Excellent relationship building, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to demonstrate the value proposition of our products and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices.
- Fluent in Greek and English language.
