HR and Payroll Officer ( Nicosia)
The respective position will report to the HR Manager.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
- HR processes and onboarding.
- Organize and maintain personnel records and prepare HR documents and contracts.
- Participate in HR projects :Responsible for the HR Projects and CSR activities.
- Manage all the administrative wok of the payroll and ensure that all the information is up to date.
- Keep records of Leaves.
- Register, organized and keep records of trainings and seminars.
- Set up of the new employees and register all the monthly changes in the system (Cycom , Exelsys and Ergani).
- Prepare payroll reports for execution.
- Report control tasks and report to authorities and information collections with local applicable authorities.
- Prepare and Monitor all the necessary documents for Pension Fund.
- Prepare and Monitor all the necessary documents for Medical Insurance.
To qualify for the role , you must have:
- University Degree in Business Administration or in Human Resources or in Law.
- Excellent command of the English Language both verbal and written.
- Excellent Computer Skills ( Excel,Word, PPT).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Planning and organizing.
- Basic knowledge of Cyprus Employment Law.
